Amy is a Solicitor in the Intellectual Property team based in Southampton. Amy focuses on trade mark clearance searching , brand strategy and the filing and prosecuting of trade mark applications. She also focuses on a range of intellectual property disputes and litigation, including trade mark disputes and passing off. She also has experience in the preparation of cease and desist letters.

Alex is a Solicitor within the Banking & Finance team based in our London office. During his training, Alex completed trainee seats in our Banking, Construction and Intellectual Property teams.

Alex Hill

Lee heads the firm’s Intellectual Property practice and has been ranked as a leading individual for Intellectual Property in Chambers and Legal 500 for over 15 years with sources describing his 'knowledge and experience of IP matters [as] exceptional’ and as a 'go-to IP litigator’. As well as advising clients on registration strategies, prosecutions and oppositions, Lee regularly advises on infringement actions often including urgent injunctive relief.

Charles is a paralegal in the Commercial Litigation team, based in our Cardiff office. Charles has recently joined the Commercial Litigation department and assists the team on a variety of matters relating to litigation and dispute resolution. He will be commencing his period of recognised training with Blake Morgan in September 2023.
